We cook our food fresh to every order. We have no use for microwave ovens, heating lamps, semi-finished products, no dyes, flavor-additives, or preservatives. Just good food that's fresh, healthy, and natural. All done in a timely fashion.
I started working with Blaise when I got a new job and no longer had the time to prepare myself healthy, hearty meals during the weekdays. I was recommended Blaise's services and I'm so grateful for his services and the professionalism in which he's displayed. In my first communication with Blaise, I explained my eating goals, my dietary needs, and the frequency in which I would need meals. Blaise is super flexible and wants to ensure that the customer (and our tummies!) are satisfied. I'm lactose intolerant and Blaise is able to make adjustments to my meals to ensure I'm not getting meals with dairy. Blaise has a variety of foods to choose from on a weekly basis and every week I'm able to email him with my requests for the upcoming week and he drops them off at the start of the week. When I've made requests for adjustments or additional to my meals, Blaise is always happy to work with me. The meals are healthy and tasty, and the portion sizes are generous. Also, the price point is really affordable and less than other healthy meal delivery services. I'm so glad to get to be one of Blaise's clients and help support a growing Black-owned business. I'm most happy that through Blaise's food, I'm able to nourish my body during the week and don't have to worry about cooking on top of an already busy schedule. I've had the opportunity to experience Blaze'n Creations' meal prep (two times) and a catering experience - both of which were phenomenal! The meal prep was amazing for a few reasons - the price is affordable (especially if you factor in how much you pay for your own groceries, but minus the labor to make it yourself), fresh ingredients, amazing flavors, and so many options! Although I do not eat red meat or pork, I was able to chose from a nice variety of options. Highly recommended! The catering experience was so refreshing. The menu consisted of options for anyone with dietary restrictions. They're able to work with you and update *most* of their recipes to your preference. All in all, 10/10 experience. I'm VERY picky and Blaze'n Creations hasn't missed once!
